Wondering how to have beautiful hair naturally?
Well, you’ve come to the right place, girl! I’m going to share the EXACT products and tips when it comes to having beautiful hair!
Of course, the question you have in mind now is: Ugh, excuse me, why do I even have to trust you?
Got it.
Well, because my hair changed from super thin and keep falling out to silky and thick like this photo below.

Not enough?
Okay below is the video.
Of course, my hair is still FAR from perfect.
But trust me, that’s already a pretty big difference from looking super thin and flat to shiny and bouncy!
The products of this post are not sponsored, and some of them are not even affiliate links. And the products photo are my own so you can make sure I am not randomly share some products here and there.
I just purely share what works for me.
Without further ado, let’s jump right in!
1. Wild-caught Super Omega-3 Fish oil
Alright ladies, let’s talk about the cliché yet the most foundational element for beautiful hair: nutrients.
Call me boring, but that’s just the law: Outer beauty comes from inner beauty.
In other words, you ARE what you eat.
Period.

Even if you have the money to invest in the best hair scalp treatment and shampoo, your hair still won’t be as good as it lacks nutrients.
So here are the nutrients required for good hair growth:
Food: Eggs, avocados, leafy greens, fatty fish, sweet potatoes, pumpkin seeds, mushrooms, berries
Of all, the Omega-3 is truly essential!
I bought this one from Amazon and have been taking it for 3 years — and I can confidently say it works wonders for my hair.
If I have to be honest, I am not sure how much thicker my hair has become—but for the shininess and smoothness, it’s INSANE.

You don’t have to necessarily buy this exact brand but please make sure you go for the wild caught for the real deal!

2. ESTEREL Shampoo
This is literally hidden gem.

Try it out and you will understand!
3. Abyssian Hello Volume Rinsing Mist
And of course, if you wanna look perfect for the date or whatever occasion, touching up your hair is necessary.
I don’t really use the traditional (alcohol-based) hair spray now as it’s full of chemicals and the prolonged use can weaken the hair strands.
For more reference, you can check out this article on side effects of hair spray.
I’ve been stop using any form of mist until I come across this one.
In short, clean formula, vegan friendly, sustainable packaging.
But if I have to honest, the above are just good to have.

The must have for me is the scientifically proof that they have.
The SuperFerment™ enzymatic process, offers proven UVB protection, shielding your locks from sun damage.
And the best part is – it really does make my hair appear to be more voluminous.
I apply this on my dry hair after washing, and blow my hair again and Viola – it looks like I just have a hair blow dry.
4. Mulberry silk pillowcase both for skin and hair
Many of you may already be aware, but if you’re still using a traditional cotton pillow, consider switching to a satin or silk one. Every woman deserves to have smooth hair and minimize wrinkles.

Finding the right silk pillowcase can be challenging, especially with some options being less than genuine.
I ended up trying the Pure Mulberry Silk Pillowcase from Amazon, and I’ve finally noticed real improvements.
This pillowcase is fantastic for anyone experiencing hair shedding or hair loss, just like I do.
5. AVEDA air cushion comb for scalp massage
If you are on a budget like me and don’t want to spend extra cash for the scalp massage, well, then please invest in air cushion comb like this below.
This kind of combing stimulates your hair scalp in a non-brutal way and promote hair growth.

I am using Aveda air brush and this work so well. I also bought one for my mom as well and she said that’s the most relaxing thing ever.
Of course, you don’t necessarily have to buy Aveda, any kind of this similar design works!
6. Special comb for voluminous look
